Notice to the DISCOMS and NREDCAP. No later than 15 (fifteen) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Supplier shall by notice furnish to the DISCOMS and NREDCAP, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurances that it proposes to effect and maintain in accordance with this Article. Within 10 (ten) days of receipt of such notice, the Utility may require the Supplier to effect and maintain such other insurances as may be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the dispute resolution procedure(s) laid out in this Agreement shall apply.

Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.

  • Publication Notice Similarly, the Settlement Administrator will cause the Publication Notice to be published in accordance with the Media Plan attached as part of Exhibit B. The Parties agree that the Publication Notice provides to the Settlement Class and Settlement Class Members information sufficient to inform them of: the essential terms of the Settlement; appropriate means for obtaining additional information regarding the Settlement and the Action; and, appropriate information about the procedure for objecting or opting-out from the Settlement, if they should wish to do so. Because the Media Plan is determined to be the best notice practicable under the circumstances and satisfies due process, the Parties will request the Court to approve the Media Plan in the Preliminary Approval Order.
