Notice to End Maternity and Parental Leaves. (a) The Employee shall give the Employer at least four (4) weeks written notice prior to the end of the maternity or parental leave that the Employee intends to return to work. If the return to work is not consistent with the original length of leave requested, four (4) weeks notice of intent to return to work is required. The Employer would appreciate if the return date could coincide with the beginning of an operational cycle such as the beginning of a trimester.
