Notice to Centrelink. (11) Where a decision has been made to terminate Caregivers in circumstances of redundancy, the Employer shall, subject to the agreement of the Caregivers concerned, notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and classifications of the Caregivers likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
