Common use of Notice to Centrelink Clause in Contracts

Notice to Centrelink. Where a decision has been made to terminate 15 or more Employees at one time, the Employer shall notify Centrelink as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate 15 or more Employees at one timethan fourteen employees, the Employer Company shall notify Centrelink as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate 15 or more Employees at one timeemployees in the circumstance outlined in clause 2.7.1, the Employer employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate 15 or more Employees at one timeemployees in the circumstances outlined in clause 18.1, the Employer employer shall notify the Centrelink or its successor thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
