Notice of Termination by the Municipality. Prior to exercising its right to issue a Notice of Termination, the Municipality will issue a written notice to the Contractor, specifying the circumstances and in the event of a Contractor’s default, requesting the Contractor to remedy the cause of such event of default within the period of time specified therein, which shall be no less than 30 days following receipt of such notice ("Initial Notice" and "Cure Period", respectively). Upon the occurrence of any of the circumstances detailed in Sub-Sections 27.1.1, 27.1.5, 27.1.6, 27.1.7, 27.1.8, 27.1.12, 27.1.13 and 27.1.14, MWC shall be entitled to terminate the Contract immediately at its sole discretion and the Supplier shall not be entitled to any Initial Notice, Cure Period or the aforesaid prior notice.
