Notice of Submission. The Association and Major League Baseball Labor Relations Department (“LRD”) will confirm the list of arbitration eligible players promptly after the tender date. The Association and the LRD shall exchange salary figures on the Exchange Date, set forth in the schedule below: Year Exchange Date 2017 Friday, January 13 2018 Friday, January 12 2019 Friday, January 11 2020 Friday, January 10 2021 Friday, January 15 It shall be the responsibility of the Association prior to the Exchange Date to obtain the salary figure from the Player, and the LRD shall have a similar responsibility to obtain the Club’s figure.

Notice of Submission. Election of submission shall be communicated by the Player to the Association.   • Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Fund and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below.
