Labor Relations Department definition

Labor Relations Department or “LRD” shall mean the Major League Baseball Labor Relations Department established by the Clubs, or any department of the Commissioner’s Office that assumes on behalf of the Commissioner the responsibilities formerly held by the Major League Baseball Player Relations Committee.

  • Fire Department means an organized fire department as that term is defined in section 1 of the fire prevention code, 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1.
