Notice of Labor Action. Contractor shall notify County of any threatened labor action or strike that would adversely affect its performance under this Agreement. At the time of said notice, Contractor shall provide County and other affected public entities with a written plan of proposed action that will assure continued service delivery as stated in this Agreement in the event of any threatened work force action or strike.

  • NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTES (a) If the Contractor has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Contract, the Contractor immediately shall give notice, including all relevant information, to the Authority.
