NOTICE AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES. 20. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Net Settlement Fund shall be held in the Escrow Account until the Effective Date.
NOTICE AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES. 23. At any time subsequent to the funding of the Initial Escrow Account and the preliminary approval of the Settlement by the Court, and subject to Xx. Xxxxx’x having obtained the approval of the RBI, without further order of the Court, the Initial Escrow Agent shall, upon request from Lead Counsel, pay up to $400,000 from the Initial Escrow Account to pay the Notice and Administration Expenses actually incurred.

At any time subsequent to the funding of the Initial Escrow Account and the preliminary approval of the Settlement by the Court, without further order of the Court, the relevant escrow agent shall, upon request from Lead Counsel, pay up to $250,000 from the relevant escrow account established pursuant to this Stipulation to pay the Notice and Administration Expenses, for notice and administration expenses actually incurred in excess of the initial $250,000, which shall be paid out of the settlement fund established in connection with the Xxxxxx Settlement. Lead Counsel shall provide the Settling Defendants’ Counsel an itemized accounting of the Notice and Administration Expenses actually incurred.
NOTICE AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES. Defendants have agreed to pay the Notice and Administration Expenses. The Settlement Administrator shall invoice and be paid by Defendants for Notice and Administration Expenses. Within one-hundred eighty (180) days from the date on the Payment Notices, any excess funds remaining in the Settlement Fund shall be applied as follows: (i) 50% of any excess funds remaining in the Settlement Fund shall be applied to the costs of Notice and Administration by the Settlement Administrator prior to submitting final invoice to Defendants’ Counsel; and (ii) 50% any excess funds remaining in the Settlement Fund shall be paid to the Neighborhood Legal Services of Western Pennsylvania, subject to court approval.
NOTICE AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES. 21. How will notice and administration expenses be paid Using the Class Administrator’s estimates regarding the Class size and likely claims rate, notice and administration expenses, to be paid from the Settlement Fund, are currently estimated to be $[cost].
