Collection Expenses. The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneysfees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.

Collection Expenses. If Landlord consults an attorney or collection agency for the collection of any sums due from Tenant or otherwise in connection with Tenant’s performance hereunder, Tenant, whether or not proceedings are instituted, shall reimburse Landlord for the reasonable fees for such agency and/or legal counsel and court costs, if any, incurred by Landlord within ten (10) business days of Landlord’s demand for reimbursement (unless otherwise expressly provided herein), after which time interest shall be applied at the Interest Rate.
Collection Expenses. PSNH shall pay to NECOM on demand any and all reasonable counsel fees and other expenses incurred by NECOM to enforce its rights under this Agreement and collect payment of all obligations of PSNH to NECOM, including but not limited to counsel fees or expenses incurred in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding.
Collection Expenses. If any Individual Employer defaults in the making of such payments and if either the Union, the Trust Funds or the Plan, or any of them, consults or causes to be consulted legal counsel with respect thereto, or files or causes to be filed any suit or claim with respect thereto, there shall be added to the obligation of the Employer who is in default all reasonable expenses incurred by the Union and the Trust Funds in the collection of same, including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, auditors' and accountants' fees, court costs and all other reasonable expenses incurred in connection with such suit or claim including any appellate proceedings therein.
