Settlement Class List definition
Settlement Class List means all individuals making up the Settlement Class and who are identified by first and last name on Exhibit D, attached hereto.
Settlement Class List means a list of each Settlement Class Member’s full name, current or last known residential mailing address, and all known email addresses, which Defendant or Defendant’s agent shall provide to the Settlement Administrator within seven (7) days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.

More Definitions of Settlement Class List
Settlement Class List means the list generated by Premera containing the last known name and mailing address for all persons that fall under the definition of the Settlement Class, which Defendant will provide to the Settlement Administrator no later than thirty (30) days following the date of the Preliminary Approval Order.
Settlement Class List means all individuals making up the Settlement Class and who are identified by first and last name on the list provided to the Settlement Administrator pursuant to paragraph 4.1(a).
