Non-resident becomes a NON-LIFE TENANT. The non-resident must follow the standard application procedures for admission to the VILLAGE. The decision whether or not to accept the non-resident shall be made by the VILLAGE, in its sole discretion. If the non-resident is accepted for residency at the VILLAGE, the non-resident and the RESIDENT will be required to sign an amended Unit Residency Agreement and will hereinafter be referred to as “NON-LIFE TENANT”. There will NOT be an Accommodation Fee charged and the NON-LIFE TENANT will have no rights under the terms of this Agreement except the VILLAGE shall make available for the enjoyment of the NON-LIFE TENANT all common areas of the Riverview Campus as detailed in the Resident Guide. The monthly Service Fee charged to the RESIDENT will be the current charge for two people in a Unit. If any services are provided to the NON-LIFE TENANT, they will be charged to the RESIDENT at the rate listed in the current Riverview Terrace Ancillary Charges sheet or the Riverview Care Center Rates sheet.   • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • Innovative Unit Scheduling Schedules other than those included in Articles 13.01 and 13.02 may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of patient care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following principles:

Cosmetic Surgery includes, but is not limited to, ear piercing, rhinoplasty, lipectomy, surgery for sagging or extra skin, any augmentation or reduction procedures (e.g., mammoplasty, liposuction, keloids, rhinoplasty and associated surgery) or treatment relating to the consequences or as a result of Cosmetic Surgery.

  • Notice of Non-Compliant Work A Notice of Non-Compliant Work shall be in writing, shall be dated, shall be signed by the Design Professional, and shall be addressed to the Contractor with a copy to the Owner, as set forth in Section 3, Part 4 (Correcting the Work) and Section 6, Part 6 (Correcting the Work after Final Payment).
