Relation of the Standard Contractual Clauses to the Agreement Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to prevail over any conflicting clause of the Standard Contractual Clauses. Interruption of Vacation An employee shall be permitted to interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin another type of paid leave provided the employee supplies notice and supporting information regarding the basis for such interruption or termination to the District.
