No Separate Legal Entity. No separate legal entity is created by this Agreement.
No Separate Legal Entity. This Agreement establishes a joint operation of the Parties and does not create a separate legal entity or administrative entity.
No Separate Legal Entity. The Program Manager and the Project Sponsor do not contemplate nor intend to establish a separate legal or administrative entity under the terms of this Agreement.
No Separate Legal Entity. By this Agreement, the Jurisdictions do not intend to form a separate legal entity to conduct the cooperative undertaking. Further, no acquiring, holding or disposing of real or personal property will occur under this Agreement.
