No Lockout; No Strikes or Picketing. During the term of this Agreement the District agrees not to engage in any lockout of employees or otherwise refuse to allow them to work, and the employees agree to not engage in any strike, slowdown or other concerted refusal to render full and complete services to the School District, nor to encourage, incite, or support any such conduct or activity, nor engage in any picket or related type of activity within the geographic boundaries of the school district.
