No Extension of Term. The Term shall not be extended as a result of or by the duration of an event of Force Majeure.

No Extension of Term. No possession by Subtenant after the expiration of the term of this Sublease Agreement shall be construed to extend the term of this Sublease Agreement unless Sublandlord has consented to such possession in writing.
