Horizon Power Pilbara Network may Curtail Services. In addition to any other rights Horizon Power Pilbara Network may have to Curtail Services under this Contract, Horizon Power Pilbara Network may Curtail the provision of Services in respect of a Connection Point: to carry out planned Augmentation or Maintenance to the Network; to carry out unplanned Maintenance to the Network where Horizon Power Pilbara Network considers it necessary to do so to avoid injury to any person or material damage to any property or the environment; if there is any breakdown of or damage to the Network that Horizon Power Pilbara Network considers (in its absolute discretion) affects or is likely to affect Horizon Power Pilbara Network’s ability to provide Services at that Connection Point; if Horizon Power Pilbara Network considers (in its absolute discretion) the Curtailment is required to maintain safety, to avoid injury to any person or damage to any property or the environment; if required as a result of, or in connection with, a Force Majeure Event; if the rate at which electricity is transferred into, or out of, the Network by or on behalf of the User exceeds the:

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Special Service networks The following services must be received from special service network providers in order to be covered. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits apply.

  • Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established different requirements that apply to all similarly situated generators in the New York Control Area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Non-Synchronous Generation The Interconnection Customer shall design its Small Generating Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the high-side of the generator substation at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the NYISO or the Transmission Owner in whose Transmission District the Small Generating Facility interconnects has established a different power factor range that applies to all similarly situated non-synchronous generators in the control area or Transmission District (as applicable) on a comparable basis, in accordance with Good Utility Practice. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. This requirement shall only apply to newly interconnecting non-synchronous generators that have not yet executed a Facilities Study Agreement as of September 21, 2016.
