Terminal User definition

Terminal User means Shipper or Client.

Terminal User means any importer or exporter using the facilities in the port to import and/ or export the cargo.

More Definitions of Terminal User

Terminal User s Account” means the statement of account of Lending and Borrowing of LNG maintained by Terminal Operator for Long-Term Users and Spot Cargo Users on a daily basis. The balance of each Terminal User’s Account is reconciled at the end of the Contract Year as further described in clause 8.2.2.
