NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION. 4.1 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no harassment, discrimination, interference, restriction, bullying, or coercion exercised or practised by either of them with respect to any Employee by reason of age, race, creed, colour, place of national origin, political or religious affiliation, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, or by reason of an employee’s membership or lack of membership or activity in the Union. Furthermore, the Employer and the Union agree that their representatives and members will adhere to the provisions contained in the Human Rights Code of Ontario, as amended.
