ARTICLE 3.01 No discrimination, intimidation or coercion will be practiced or permitted by either the Board or the Union or any of their officers or representatives against any employee by reason of race, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliation, sex or marital status, place of residence, nor as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code or by reason of his/her membership or activity in the Union, or by reason of his/her lack of membership or activity in the Union.
