No Change in Scheduled Vacation. Once a request for vacation has been approved by the Employer, the vacation dates shall not be changed unless by mutual consent of the Employer and the employee.

No Change in Scheduled Vacation. Without Employee's Consent An Employee's vacation schedule once established in accordance with Article 22.07 above shall not be changed by the Employer without the consent of the Employee.

  • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations.
