New Union category or Position. A job description for any new category in the bargaining unit, where there is not an existing job description, will be prepared by management and submitted to the Union Committee for their review. The Union will be invited to submit written comments and alternative recommendations on the proposed new job description. In the event that there is significant disagreement between the job description developed by management and the Union Committee's recommendations, the Chief Executive Officer shall convene a meeting for the purpose of hearing all viewpoints before the Chief Executive officer makes a decision on the final job description. Upon the establishment of the job description for the new job category, Xxxxxxxx Program and the Union shall meet to establish the base wage for the new job category.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Employment Categories (a) Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:

  • Budget Categories Use the first column only (Column 1) to report the budget category breakouts (Lines 6a through 6h) and indirect charges (Line 6j) for the total funding requested for the first year of your project only.

  • Bargaining Unit Seniority The length of continuous service in a position or succession of positions within Bargaining Unit Two (2), beginning with the last date of hire or transfer into the Bargaining Unit, as defined by seniority credits.

  • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situations.

  • Criminal History Category With regard to determining defendant’s criminal history points and criminal history category, based on the facts now known to the government, defendant’s criminal history points equal zero and defendant’s criminal history category is I.
