New Places of Business. Borrower will not, and will ensure each REO Affiliate does not, transfer its principal place of business or chief executive office, except upon at least sixty (60) days prior written notice to Lender and after the delivery to Lender of financing statements in form satisfactory to Lender to perfect or continue the perfection of the Lender's Liens and security interests contemplated hereby.
