Places of Business. The location of the Company’s chief place of business is at the address set forth in Section 8.1 hereof. The Company shall not change the location of its chief place of business, chief executive office or any place of business disclosed to the Secured Party or move any of the Pledged Collateral from its current location (other than in the ordinary course of business) without thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Secured Party in each instance.

Places of Business. Borrower shall give thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Lender of any change in the location of any of its places of business, of the places where its records concerning its Accounts are kept, of the places where the Collateral is kept, or of the establishment of any new, or the discontinuance of any existing, places of business.
