Places of Business. The location of the Company’s chief place of business is at the address set forth in Section 8.1 hereof. The Company shall not change the location of its chief place of business, chief executive office or any place of business disclosed to the Secured Party or move any of the Pledged Collateral from its current location (other than in the ordinary course of business) without thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Secured Party in each instance.
Places of Business. Borrower shall give thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Lender of any change in the location of any of its places of business, of the places where its records concerning its Accounts are kept, of the places where the Collateral is kept, or of the establishment of any new, or the discontinuance of any existing, places of business.
Places of Business. Change the location of its chief place of business, chief executive office or any place of business disclosed to the Secured Party, unless such change in location is to a different location within the United States and the Company provides notice to the Secured Party of new location within 10 days’ of such change in location.
Places of Business. The principal places of business of the Company shall be such locations as the Members may determine.
Places of Business. Borrower's chief executive office is correctly stated in the preamble to this Agreement, and Borrower shall, during the term of this Agreement, keep the Bank currently and accurately informed in writing of each of its other places of business, and shall not change the location of such chief executive office or open or close, move or change any existing or new place of business without giving the Bank at least thirty (30) days prior written notice thereof.
Places of Business. The principal place of business of each of the Credit Parties is set forth on Schedule 7.29 and the Credit Parties shall promptly notify Lender of any change in such location. The Credit Parties will not remove or permit the Collateral to be removed from such locations without the prior written consent of Lender, except for: (i) certain heavy equipment kept at third party sites when conducting business or maintenance; (ii) vehicles, containers and rolling stock; (iii) Inventory sold or leased in the Ordinary Course of Business of the Credit Parties; and (iv) temporary removal of Collateral to other locations for repair or maintenance as may be required from time to time in each instance in the Ordinary Course of Business of the Credit Parties.
Places of Business. The location of the Company's chief place of business is 750 Highway 34, Matawan, NJ 07747. The Company shall not change the xxxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxx xxxxx xx xusiness, chief executive office or any place of business disclosed to the Secured Party or move any of the Pledged Property from its current location without thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Secured Party in each instance.
Places of Business. The principal places of business and chief executive office of Originator and the offices where it keeps all of its Records are located at the address(es) listed on Exhibit II or such other locations of which Buyer has been notified in accordance with Section 4.2(a) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 4.2(a) has been taken and completed. Originator’s Federal Employer Identification Number is correctly set forth on Exhibit II.
Places of Business. The only places of business of Borrower, and the places where Borrower keeps and intends to keep its Property, are at the addresses shown on Schedule 5.2 attached hereto.
Places of Business. As of the Closing Date, the only places of business of Borrower, and the places where it keeps and intends to keep the Collateral and records concerning the Collateral, are at the addresses set forth in Schedule 4.15. Schedule 4.15 also lists the owner of record of each such property.
