NEED FOR SYSTEMS INTEGRATION. The Parties understand and agree that, in order to achieve the purposes of this Agreement, the Parties' networks and Data Systems must communicate and interoperate efficiently and in accordance with reasonable commercial standards, and that SBC desires to have those Data Systems flow through to SBC such data and information as may be necessary for SBC to provide Covad Products to SBC Customers as contemplated by this Agreement. In order to provide this level of interoperability, Covad shall make available to SBC, as promptly as possible after acceptance by SBC, the electronic Data Systems developed by the Parties for exchanging information related to pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, service activation, service assurance, maintenance, repair and billing for Covad Products. SBC hereby covenants and agrees that it will not use any of Covad's Data Systems for any purpose other than that which is intended by Covad and is necessary for SBC to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.   • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Out of Scope Services Axon is only responsible to perform the professional services described in the Quote and this Appendix. Any additional professional services are out of scope. The Parties must document scope changes in a written and signed change order. Changes may require an equitable adjustment in the charges or schedule.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
