SERVICE ACTIVATION. For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. After Pilot has determined that the Service conforms to the relevant Service Specifications in Exhibit 2, Pilot will notify Customer that the Service is activated, meets the Service Specifications and is available for use by Customer (“Service Activation Notice”). The “Service Activation Date” shall be the date of the installation as confirmed by Pilot. Customer shall have two (2) days in which to notify Pilot that it is rejecting the Service because the Service does not meet the Service Specifications. If Customer has notified Pilot within such two (2) day period that the Service does not meet the Service Specifications, then Pilot shall take such steps reasonably necessary to cause the Service to meet the Service Specifications, at which time Pilot shall issue a new Service Activation Notice and the acceptance process above shall be repeated. Customer’s failure or delay to test the Service or failure or delay to utilize the Service on or after the Service Activation Notice date shall not prevent Pilot from billing Customer for the Service.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. 3.1. Customer accepts a TD by ordering, enrolling, using, or making a payment for the Service Offerings. After receipt and acceptance of a TD by Lenovo, Customer will be provided or made available by Lenovo the Service Offerings via a network or otherwise. When ▇▇▇▇▇▇ accepts ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s order, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ provides Customer the authorizations specified in the TD.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. Sprint will use reasonable efforts to provide switched SERVICE within 15 days, and dedicated SERVICE within 30 days, following Customer's order, or the requested delivery date, whichever is later. These installation objectives will be extended by the time it takes to address activation errors or obtain from Customer a complete and accurate order or PIC AUTHORIZATION. Customer shall reimburse Sprint for LEC imposed fees resulting from a request to expedite SERVICE.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. To enable Customer to use the Telematic Systems on a particular Terminal, the Telematic Services for that Terminal must first be activated (“Activation”). Activation will ordinarily occur upon issuance by John Deere - ISG of a code that will enable the System Hardware to use the Services during the Subscription Period, but in some cases Activation may be accomplished wirelessly or via ▇▇▇▇ Deere - ISG’s support website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇). The Activation will be performed by a Dealer acting at the direction of and on behalf of the Customer. At the time of Activation, the Telematic Services will commence for the activated Terminal and will continue in effect until the end of the Subscription Period. Upon expiration of the Subscription Period the Telematic Services governed by this Contract will cease, unless Customer elects to purchase an additional ▇▇▇▇ Deere Telematic Subscription Contract. This Contract does not automatically renew. If any terms and conditions are presented to Customer by John Deere - ISG at the time of purchase, activation, or renewal of an additional Services Subscription Period on or after the Effective Date, including a more recent version of this Contract, Customer must accept such terms to enable such additional Subscription Period. In the event of any conflict between such terms and the terms of this Contract, the terms presented at the time of purchase, activation or renewal of the additional Services Subscription Period shall prevail. As part of the provision of the Telematic Services, the Terminal may be assigned a unique mobile or satellite communication code. Customer acknowledges that Customer has no property right in such code, and ▇▇▇▇ Deere - ISG may change or reassign such codes in ▇▇▇▇ Deere - ISG’s sole discretion.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. After GTT has determined that the Service conforms to the relevant Service specifications, GTT will notify the Client that the Service is activated, meets the Service specifications and is available for use by the Client (“Start of Service Letter”). The “Start of Service Date” shall be the earlier of (i) the date on which the Client begins using the Service for any purpose other than testing, or (ii) the date on the “Start of Service Letter.” The Client shall have two (2) calendar days in which to notify GTT that it is rejecting the Service because the Service does not meet the Service specifications. The Client’s failure to test or delay in testing the Service or failure to utilize or delay in utilizing the Service on or after the Service activation notice date shall not prevent GTT from billing the Client for the Service.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. 9.1. The purchased Product shall be Activated (referred to Clause 1 of General Terms and Conditions) automatically upon receiving the stipulated Payment (referred to Clause 1 of General Terms and Conditions).
SERVICE ACTIVATION. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or delay activations that are contrary to the laws or rules specific to each registrar, separately. The Clients shall be informed of such activation delays or refusals within 24 hours from the time of the regular activation time. Virtual server, resource group, dedicated server and colocation accounts are activated within 4:00 hours from payment confirmation. Remote desktop service accounts are activated within 48 hours from payment confirmation. The provider may refuse orders or clients as a result of outstanding payments, abusive use of the Services or other activities that are contrary to the applicable laws. The due date or the expiry date of a Service is the day by which payment must be performed so that the Service is automatically extended. The Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Services on the due date or the expiry date, without prior notice. The issuance of the invoice 10 days prior to expiration is considered to serve as an expiration notification. The Services are automatically discontinued on their expiration date, at 00.00 GMT+2. To activate the Services, an email shall be sent to the indicated by the Client on the order form. The Service is considered to be activated when the e-mail is sent by the Provider.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Order form, starting of the Agreement takes place within a maximum of five (5) working days from the date of registry of the User's order by CENTREON. It is made effective by the delivery to the User of the login information for the support portal. For the proper functioning of the activation key system associated with some Product(s), CENTREON may have to deliver, on a regular basis and up to several times a year, new activation keys to the User. The User must implement these keys within the period indicated by CENTREON at the time of their delivery.
SERVICE ACTIVATION. Service activation (“Service Activation”) consists of three phases: introduction, provisioning, and tuning. Service Activation begins once the signed Service Order is received and ends with the activation of the Service. Service Activation is dependent on a number of factors, such as the number of log collection sources, the number of physical sites, the complexity of the Client’s network, Client requirements, and the ability of Client to provide BlueVoyant with requested information and deployment of supporting software and configuration within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. BlueVoyant does not provide SLAs for completing Service Activation within a specified period of time.
