National Grievance Committee. Irrespective of anything to the contrary in the ABF National Master Freight Agreement, all grievances, factual issues and questions of interpretation of the provisions of this Supplemental Agreement shall be handled in accordance with Article 45 and any decision will be final and binding on both parties. All grievances, factual issues, and questions of interpretation of the provisions of the ABF National Master Freight Agreement shall be processed in accor- dance with Article 8 of said Agreement.
