Common use of National Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

National Grievance Committee. Grievances and questions of interpretation which are subject to handling under the provision of Article 8 of the ABF National Agreement shall be promptly referred to the ABF National Grievance Committee in accordance with such Article 8.
