Item Agreement As negotiated items are agreed upon, they shall be reduced to writing and initialed by the chief negotiator of each party. Such initialing shall be construed as tentative agreement by both parties on that item or issue, subject to finalization by ratification by the membership of the Association and adoption by the Board.
License Agreement The Trust shall have the non-exclusive right to use the name "Invesco" to designate any current or future series of shares only so long as Invesco Advisers, Inc. serves as investment manager or adviser to the Trust with respect to such series of shares.
Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.
Mutual Agreement This Agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual written agreement of the parties.
Client Agreement 2.1. The Company may unilaterally change any terms of this Client Agreement for any of the following reasons:
Lease Agreement On the terms stated in this Lease, Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord, for the Term beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date unless extended or sooner terminated pursuant to this Lease.
Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." I understand that any violations of the above could result in the immediate loss of electronic computing and may result in further disciplinary and/or legal action, including but not limited to suspension, or referral to legal authorities. Misuse can come in many forms but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described under the unacceptable uses in this Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. I also agree not to hold the Charter School responsible for materials improperly acquired on the system, or for violations of copyright restrictions, user’s mistakes or negligence, or any costs incurred by users. Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall execute, acknowledge, deliver and record a “short form” memorandum of this Agreement in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto (as modified, including by the addition of any required property descriptions, required by local law and practice to put such Memorandum of record and put third parties on notice of this Agreement), which shall be placed of record in each state and county in which the currently-existing Dedicated Properties are located. Further such memoranda shall be executed and delivered by Shipper as Gatherer from time to time requests to evidence the dedication of additional areas or Oil and Gas Interests under this Agreement.
