Multi-Family Recycling Outreach Program. Company agrees to provide, in accordance with the approved rate schedule in Exhibit 1, Recycling Collection service to Customers requesting it from the Contractor. Company may purchase Recyclable Materials from its Customers as well. The Contractor agrees to provide Recycling Bins or Carts to such Customers in sufficient quantities to meet the Recycling needs of each Customer. Company will provide all property managers and Residents with Recycling Bin service with Recycling program guidelines, posters to be placed in laundry rooms, Trash/Recyclable Materials Container enclosures and other community areas at each building, and other outreach materials tailored to Multi-Family Bin Customer service. Company to provide educational materials, and to train Owners/managers in how to work with tenants to Recycle. Company shall provide each building Owner and property manager with welcome packets for Owners/managers to provide to each new resident upon move-in; packets will include information on what should be placed in the Recyclable Materials Containers. Company shall take whatever actions may be appropriate, lawful and effective to discourage the unauthorized removal of Recyclable Materials from the Solid Waste stream, commonly referred to as scavenging. Recycling Bins shall not be used for the Collection of materials prohibited by CalRecycle.

Multi-Family Recycling Outreach Program. Contractor will provide all property managers and Residents with Bin service with Recycling program guidelines, posters to be placed in laundry rooms, Refuse/Recyclable Materials Container enclosures and other community areas at each building, and other outreach materials tailored to Multi-Family Bin Customer service. Contractor shall contact each Multi-Family Customer building Owner or property manager for Customers not subscribing to Recycling service within six (6) months of the start of service under this Agreement in an effort to implement Recycling programs with an emphasis on waste reduction, provide educational materials, and to train Owners/managers in how to work with tenants to Recycle. Contractor shall provide each building Owner and property manager with welcome packets for Owners/managers to provide to each new resident upon move-in; packets shall include information on what items should be placed in the Recyclable Materials Containers.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain. This should include extracts from Board level meetings, risk registers etc where any of the above items have been discussed.   • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.

The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility.   • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.
