Common use of Moving and Relocation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Moving and Relocation Expenses. Whenever an employee is reasonably required by the State to change his/her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee for approved items in accordance with the lodging, meal, and incidental rates and time frames established in Section 12.1, and in accordance with existing requirements, time frames and administrative rules and regulations for reimbursement of relocation expenses that apply to excluded employees.
