Common use of months of service Clause in Contracts

months of service. No sooner than 3 months from the date of appointment but no later than 6 months, the Employer will carry out a Probationary Review. The results of the probationary review will be given to the employee in writing. The Employer will confirm the employee into her/his position, terminate the employee, or, with mutual consent of the Joint Committee for the Administration of the Agreement, extend the probationary period for up to an additional 3 months.
