MONTHLY CHANGE REPORT. The CEDING COMPANY shall report the details of all policy terminations and changes on the reinsured policies. In addition to the data indicated in 1.A, above, the report should provide information about the nature, the effective date, and the financial result of the change with respect to reinsurance.
