Modification of Brand Standards. A. Licensor and Licensee recognize that they are each leaders in the Lodging Business and the Destination Club and Whole Ownership Residential Businesses, respectively, and that the Brand Standards should reflect the parties’ expertise in their respective businesses.

Modification of Brand Standards. Section 7.2.B(ii)(5) of the MVW License Agreement is amended and restated as follows:
Modification of Brand Standards. (a) Each Existing Project and Existing Residential Project is in compliance with the Brand Standards as of the Effective Date and as such Brand Standards are reasonably expected to be modified by Licensor or its Affiliates during the one (1) year period following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Modification of Budget Upon written approval of County, Subrecipient shall have the authority to transfer allocated program funds from one category of the overall program Budget to another category of the overall Budget. No such transfer may be made without the express prior written approval of County. A modification of the Budget may include the addition of any new Budget category.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 17 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses and permits 18 required by the laws of the United States, State of California, County of 19 Orange and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services 20 described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain these licenses and permits 21 in effect for the duration of this Agreement.   • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.
