Modeling and Simulation Development and Support. The Contractor shall provide modeling and simulation support for the test mission at RTC. The Contractor shall develop, implement, validate, maintain, and operate modeling and simulation tools (hardware and software) to enhance the test process. The Contractor shall also conduct statistical analyses, modeling, and simulations for predicting test item interaction and responses to environments; to conduct analyses to upgrade facility capabilities and test techniques to simulate current or projected environments; to conduct weapon system assessments; and to recommend techniques and modifications to improve the performance of a weapon system. Tasks shall include designing computer models based on derived test data (real world and test data) to simulate combined effects, and modeling of system characteristics and physical properties. The Contractor shall also perform finite element and modal analysis to optimize the design of test fixtures and setups and design computer mobility models of systems to determine response characteristics of payloads being subjected to various dynamic inputs induced by different environments. The Contractor shall provide support for experimental development and implementation of synthetic environments to include digital terrain, battlespace simulation, 3-D models, obscurants, atmospheric effects for real-time hardware-in-the-loop testing. Provide technical support for development and implementation of architecture and interfaces for closed- loop integration of real-time digital models and simulations in support of hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Related to Modeling and Simulation Development and Support

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
