Membership Percentages Sample Clauses

Membership Percentages. A membership percentage (a "Membership Percentage") shall be determined for each Member for any given series of Units for each Accounting Period of the Company by dividing (i) the number of Units owned by such Member within a given series by (ii) the aggregate number of outstanding Units of such series as of the beginning of such Accounting Period, after taking into account, in the case of both clause (i) and clause (ii), any Units issued or redeemed as of (or the day immediately after) the beginning of such Accounting Period. The aggregate Membership Percentages for each series of Units shall equal 100%.
