Number of Outstanding Units definition

Number of Outstanding Units means the number of Certificates outstanding on the immediately preceding Fee Observation Date as determined by the Calculation Agent in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.

  • Total Outstanding Shares means the aggregate number of shares of Company Capital Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
