Approval of Documents The form and substance of all certificates, instruments and other documents required to be delivered to the Seller under this Agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in all respects to the Seller and its counsel.
Review of Documents Borrower has reviewed: (a) the Note, (b) the Security Instrument, (c) the Commitment Letter, and (d) all other Loan Documents.
Disposition of Documents All documents prepared by the Engineer and all documents furnished to the Engineer by the State shall be delivered to the State upon request by the State. The Engineer, at its own expense, may retain copies of such documents or any other data which it has furnished the State under this contract, but further use of the data is subject to permission by the State.
Priority of Documents The documents forming the Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another. For the purposes of interpretation, the priority of the documents shall be in accordance with the following sequence:
Release of Documents Upon instruction from the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer shall release any Receivable File to the Indenture Trustee, the Indenture Trustee’s agent or the Indenture Trustee’s designee, as the case may be, at such place or places as the Indenture Trustee may designate, as soon as practicable.
Proceedings; Receipt of Documents All proceedings in connection with the making of such Loan and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and all documents incidental hereto and thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agents and their counsel, and the Agents and such counsel shall have received such other agreements, instruments, approvals, opinions and other documents, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Agents, as any Agent may reasonably request.
Removal of Documents A. Written reprimands will be removed from an employee’s personnel file after three (3) years if:
Furnishing of Documents The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.
Reuse of Documents All project documents including, but not limited to, plans and specifications furnished by COMPANY under this project are intended for use on this project only. Any reuse, without specific written verification or adoption by COMPANY, shall be at the CLIENT's sole risk, and CLIENT shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMPANY from all claims, damages and expenses including attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting therefrom. Under no circumstances shall delivery of electronic files for use by the CLIENT be deemed a sale by the COMPANY, and the COMPANY makes no warranties, either express or implied, of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the COMPANY be liable for indirect or consequential damages as a result of the CLIENT’s use or reuse of the electronic files.
Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.
