Meetings, public presentations, conference, and advocacy. The Contractor shall coordinate and convene meetings and appropriate workgroups of CAA Executive Directors, Planners, CAA MIS staff, and program directors. Desired results from these meetings are as follows: improved customer service, agency cost effectiveness, employee training and morale, and improved relations between individual agencies, the Department and other providers. The deliverables can be in the following format: meeting minutes, notes, agenda and attendance sheets. To complete the tasks herein the Contractor shall:

  • NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC EVENTS AND MEETINGS 2 A. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in 3 whole or in part by the COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve 4 clients or occur in the normal course of business.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.
