Meetings of the Joint Committee. 7.1 The first meeting of the Joint Committee shall be convened by the Clerk.
Meetings of the Joint Committee. 16.1 The first meeting of the Joint Committee shall be the annual meeting for the year and thereafter the first meeting held after 1 April in any year shall be the annual meeting.

Meetings of the Joint Committee. 5.1 The Joint Committee shall hold four meetings at least in every year for the transaction of general business and may hold such other meetings including a visit to the Crematorium premises at such intervals as it may find necessary or convenient.
Meetings of the Joint Committee. 5.3.1 The Joint Committee will meet at least four times in every municipal year. The 2007-2008 meetings are scheduled for: June 2007; October 2007; January 2008; and March 2008. These timed meetings are designed to: allow budget proposals for the joint museum service to be fitted in the annual budget setting processes for both organisations, with a draft budget presented in October and the final budget agreed in January; allow forward plans to be approved in March; and to fit around the May elections. This does not preclude other meetings being held throughout the year as required.

Meetings of the Joint Committee shall be held in public unless the Joint Committee resolves that it would not be in the public interest to permit members of the public to attend a meeting or part of a meeting. As such, the Joint Committee Chair may resolve to exclude the public from a meeting that is open to the public (whether during the whole or part of the proceedings) whenever publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for other special reasons stated in the resolution and arising from the nature of that business or of the proceedings or for any other reason permitted by the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 as amended or succeeded from time to time.
