Meet. When used as a noun in this chapter, "meet" refers to a meeting at the site of proposed excavation requested at the time of notice by the excavator with all affected underground facility operators to further clarify the precise geographic location of excavation, schedule locating, propose future contacts, and share other information concerning the excavation and facilities.
Meet. It is agreed that the Employer and the Union will meet from time to time in conference as necessary or as provided herein for mutual benefit and agreement in matters affecting the rates of pay, hours of labor, or working conditions of employees covered by this Agreement or of claims and grievances arising thereunder.

  • Program Requirements A. Trip Purpose: CONTRACTOR will only transport Clients for approved trips for non-emergency medical purposes. Such purposes may include but are not limited to: appointments with medical practitioners, outpatient services, lab testing, dental, vision, rehabilitation and therapy, health education, mental health counseling and the securing of prescription drugs and devices. The purpose of the SNEMT Program is to assist the Client to live independently through access to appropriate medical care. All trips that are not medically related are ineligible.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Quality Management CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a Clinical Quality Management program that maintains full compliance with the FDC rules and HSBs.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms to remain Notified in accordance with latest ISO 9001 standards or equivalent, and Supplier shall at any time during the term of Agreement be willing to prove such claim to be true. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, if the said qualification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned in this Section shall apply to Supplier and/or any of its Subcontractors.

  • Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.

  • Requirements This Agreement and the Notes may be amended, and the observance of any term hereof or of the Notes may be waived (either retroactively or prospectively), with (and only with) the written consent of the Company and the Required Holders, except that (a) no amendment or waiver of any of the provisions of Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 21 hereof, or any defined term (as it is used therein), will be effective as to you unless consented to by you in writing, and (b) no such amendment or waiver may, without the written consent of the holder of each Note at the time outstanding affected thereby, (i) subject to the provisions of Section 12 relating to acceleration or rescission, change the amount or time of any prepayment or payment of principal of, or reduce the rate or change the time of payment or method of computation of interest or of the Make-Whole Amount on, the Notes, (ii) change the percentage of the principal amount of the Notes the holders of which are required to consent to any such amendment or waiver, or (iii) amend any of Sections 8, 11(a), 11(b), 12, 17 or 20.

  • Forecasting Manager and Sprint PCS will work cooperatively to generate mutually acceptable forecasts of important business metrics that they agree upon. The forecasts are for planning purposes only and do not constitute either party's obligation to meet the quantities forecast.
