Facility Operators. The audit shall be of a financial type described in the most current edition of the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide, “Audits of State and Local Governments;” the most current edition of the U. S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) “Government Auditing Standards” (Yellow Book); conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS), as outlined in the most recent edition of the GAO's “Government Auditing Standards” for the FY 2017-18 and subsequent years.
Facility Operators. The incumbent Facility Operator III has received approval from past Management to work his (ten) 10 hour shifts at the arena, within a Saturday to Friday time frame; such arrangement shall end at the earlier of the end of the 2016-2017 arena season or his retirement. Facility Operators. Facility Operator ll rate of pay will be based on Certification and criteria as determined by the Director of Community Services. Facility Operators will remain in the Facilities for a period of four (4) years from the date of hire. Facility Operator ll will not have wage rates reduced when transferred out of the facility. Courtice chlorine designated employees @ Jan.1,2002 will retain this classification and remain at Code 3 rate while working in Courtice Complex.
