MEDICAL QUALITY REVIEW COMMITTEE definition

MEDICAL QUALITY REVIEW COMMITTEE. A Medical Quality Review Committee shall be constituted from time to time consisting of Participating Providers having agreements with MHG similar to this Agreement. Such Medical Quality Review Committee shall develop and implement a continuous quality improvement ("CQI") program. Provider Group agrees to participate, as appropriate, in such CQI program. In addition, such Medical Quality Review Committee shall advise and consult with MHG regarding the effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness of medical services provided by Specialist's and may provide Provider Group with educational programs and materials which are a part of the CQI program.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
