Medical Director Sample. The Medical Director Sample shall consist of 10 percent of all Gambro Clinics. The Sample Frame for the Medical Director Sample shall consist of all Gambro Clinics except those Gambro Clinics that have been selected as Sample Units in the Joint Venture Sample for the current Reporting Period. For the first Reporting Period, the Sample Units shall be ranked according to the dollar value of their Medical Director compensation package and selected at random according to the following strata distribution.
