Meal Programs. Section 1. All full-time employees shall be granted a non-paid, duty-free meal period during their work day. The required hours of work during the work day shall be exclusive of this period.

Meal Programs. FSMC will prepare and serve a variety of high quality, wholesome, and nutritious meals, beverages, and a la carte items for SFA’s students, faculty, staff, visitors, and others as designated by SFA in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Permanent Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • Special Programs In consideration of the sale of the Eligible Loans under these Master Sale Terms and each Sale Agreement, Purchaser agrees to cause the Servicer to offer borrowers of Trust Student Loans all special programs whether or not in existence as of the date of any Sale Agreement generally offered to the obligors of comparable loans owned by Xxxxxx Mae subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.12 of the Servicing Agreement.
