Meal Periods and Rest Periods. All employees shall be granted a meal period of one half (1/2) hour (without pay) duration during each full work shift. Whenever possible the meal period shall be scheduled at the middle of the shift. All employees work schedules shall provide for a reasonable rest period normally not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes during each one half (1/2) shift.
