Mandatory Standby Team Rate. Nurses scheduled for 6 mandatory standby teams in MDU, CVL, PACU, OR, Dialysis, 7 CVOR and Radiology will be compensated for standby hours on 8 the following pay schedule based on the average scheduled 9 standby hours for all nurses on the team.
