Managerial Rights. 6.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this collective agreement in no way restricts the authority of those charged with managerial responsibilities in the National Capital Commission. All the functions, rights, powers and authority which the Employer has not specifically abridged, delegated or modified by this collective agreement are recognized by the Alliance as being retained by the Employer. The Employer agrees to exercise its rights in a fair manner.
