Maintenance of Status. The Borrower will maintain its separate corporate existence and remain in good standing under the laws of the Xxxxxxxx Islands.
Maintenance of Status. The General Partner shall at all times (i) remain a corporation listed and in good standing on the New York Stock Exchange, and (ii) maintain its status as a real estate investment trust in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Code.

Lessee is, and shall remain so long as it shall be the Lessee under this Lease, a "citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of the Federal Aviation Act, and Lessee is and shall maintain its status at all times as a Certificated Air Carrier, including, without limitation, its status so as to fall within the purview of 11 U.S.C. Section 1110 or any analogous statute.
