Federal Aviation Act definition

Federal Aviation Act means the sections of Title 49 of the United States Code relating to aviation, as amended and in effect from time to time, or any similar legislation of the United States of America enacted in substitution or replacement thereof.
Federal Aviation Act means subtitle VII of Title 49 of the United States Code, or any successor provision.
Federal Aviation Act means the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended and as recodified in Titlx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxe, or any similar legislation of the United States enacted to supersede, amend or supplement such Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
