A foreign air carrier under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, is located at the designated office of the agent upon which service of process may be made on behalf of the carrier.
It is hereby specifically understood and agreed that nothing herein contained shall be construed to grant or authorize the granting of an exclusive right to provide aeronautical services to the public as prohibited by Section 308(a) of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, and the Authority reserves the right to grant to others the privileges and right of conducting any or all activities of an aeronautical nature.
If, however, the debtor is a foreign air carrier under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, it shall be deemed located at the designated office of the agent upon whom service of process may be made on behalf of the foreign air carrier.
It is understood and agreed that nothing herein contained shall be construed to grant or authorize the granting of an exclusive right within the meaning of Section 308a of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (49 U.S.C. 1349a).
