Federal Aviation Act definition

Federal Aviation Act means that portion of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.
Federal Aviation Act means the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended and as recodified in Titlx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxe, or any similar legislation of the United States enacted to supersede, amend or supplement such Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Federal Aviation Act means subtitle VII of Title 49 of the United States Code, or any successor provision.
